I understand how quietly life can reshape you — the challenges that brings, and the possibilities that sit alongside it.
I understand how quietly life can reshape you — the challenges that brings, and the possibilities that sit alongside it.

My career began in nursing, where I supported people through some of life’s most vulnerable moments.
From there, I moved into the pharmaceutical industry, eventually working in international senior leadership roles.
I worked across different cultures, leading learning and development initiatives that helped people and organisations navigate complex, changing environments.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported leadership programmes for women.
Through mentoring and coaching, I’ve helped women build confidence in themselves and step forward in their careers in a way that felt right for them.
The settings may have been different, but the thread was the same –
supporting people through uncertainty, helping them adapt, and find their way forward.
In more recent years, my own life shifted in ways I hadn’t expected.
I left the high pressured corporate work life, becoming a carer for my parents, until sadly losing them both within a short period of time, whilst also moving through a divorce.
And like many women at this stage of life, I found myself quietly recalibrating.
Reflecting on who I was now — and what truly mattered next.

There wasn’t one defining moment.
It was more a steady reshaping of identities as life changed, and those changes gradually asked something different of me.

What I came to understand
What I came
to understand
I needed a calm space to think.
A space to notice the patterns I had carried for years and to begin gently questioning them.
Through that, I started to gain clarity about where I was, and what might feel right going forward.
Not in a dramatic way.
But in smaller, meaningful shifts.
I also learned the importance of being patient and self-compassionate.
Some days felt clear.
Others didn’t.
And that was part of the process too.
What reassured me most was this: I wasn’t stuck and I didn’t need to rush.
I could take this one step at a time.

I CARE DEEPLY ABOUT SUPPORTING WOMEN IN THIS SPACE
Identity shifts deserve more than quick fixes or surface-level advice. This stage of life isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about understanding who you are now and allowing something that feels more like you to take shape.
As a coach and NLP Master Practitioner, I offer a calm, unhurried space.
There’s no pressure to have the answers.
Just somewhere to start.
